Traumatología de Urgencias

La Traumatología es un disciplina fundamental para los médicos de urgencias (no sólo para los traumatólogos ;) . Salvo excepciones como las mías en las que no acabo de animarme con ella (prometo que estoy en el tema)...todos debiéramos manejar lo básico de esta especialidad.
